All mastering will include 3 CD's tested and ready for listening, pressing
or archiving.Additional CD's are 5 dollars each using my error proof system. CD's will not contain any artwork, or printing. All will include a tracking sheet for your
manufacturer to use for quality assurance.

Attended session will require 72 hours advance notice.

Attended rates are by the hour since attended sessions are usually met with
a good bit of explaining/tutoring. Typically, they run 70% higher and are NOT on sale.

Mastering for vinyl (Dub Plate transfer)

I charge an addition 50.00USD for proper alignment of your work for perfection to the dub plate cutter. This is in addition to my normal mastering fees.

Special procedures are required for a sucessful vinyl mastering session.

I began vinyl mastering in 1976 and am fully aware of the complications of this fine art. Each year I am requested to perform this operation many times and keep the equipment current to assure a fabulous finished product.

I will do the premastering for your dub plate to be made and recommend you use either Europadisk, Paul Gold or Aardvark to cut your plate and info regarding subsequent copies. Each firm is well trusted to provide a fine product.

The indivigual prices they charge makes that choice up to you.
All mastering will requires a 50% down payment. Single song mastering is to
be paid in full upon start of contract. Upon receiving, an evaluation will
be made if any of the tracking has unrecoverable errors and these can be
dealt with appropriately. After receiving the 3CD's, the responsable paying
party is entitled to one full session as a revisit if this is needed due to
any special conditions or requirements. If the project is "unmasterable" due
to data loss, repeated clipping of the signal or poor media by the
artist/label/client, an evaluation period and possible education as to
restore the files will be presented and the nominal cost for this service is
25% of the total for the project or 50% for a single song CD.

All funds to be made out to "Bill Roberts" in form of Check, Postal Money
order or certified check.

Estimated time needed for mastering will be 5 business days.
